Q. How do I get to the cottage?
A. Please have a look at the maps shown in "Location". You can zoom in and out to see where the cottage is in greater detail.  
Q. What is there to do on Tamborine Mountain?
A.This mountain has built a reputation of attractions for families and couples. It is an ideal place to visit for a week or more and is an easy drive to the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
Q. What is there to do in the Gold Coast?
A.The famous Gold Coast is known for its entertainment. You can see the sea life at Sea World, see your favorite movie characters at Movie World, Surf at the famous Surfers Paradise, enjoy adventure experiencing the rides at Dreamworld, splash out at Wet nWild and more.
Q. Is linen supplied for the beds?
A. Linen can be provide at a small additional charge. (see prices and Availability)

A. The cottage has a private drive and parking place outside the cottage, in addition to this, there is a double garage available for your use.

Q. What does my holiday costs include?
A. The total cost include all gas, electricity, telephone and use of the premises.
Q. Can I bring my pets?
A. Sorry no pets are allowed in order to protect the flora and fauna of the local area.
Q. Do we accept children?
A. Children of all ages are welcome.
Q. When is Campbells Cottage available?
A. Please look at our Prices and Availability to show you when Campbell's Cottage is available. If you are having trouble in finding when the cottage is available then please contact us by email or telephone (07)55451742
Q. How can I pay?
A. Currently if you live in Australia, you can place the appropriate amount directly into our account. When we have confirmed the booking date for you, we will give you our account details. If you live outside Australia then please contact us and we will discuss an appropriate method of payment.
Q. What happens if I cancel?
A. The return of your deposit depends upon how soon you cancel prior to the time that the occupancy is booked.

Q. Where do I pick up the key to the cottage?
A. Upon confirmation and payment you will either be directed to collect the key, or a person will be awaiting you at the cottage.
Q. Is it self-catering?
A. Yes. There is an average size food shop on Tamborine Mountain and a larger one close by down the mountain in Oxenford.
Q. How many people can the cottage sleep?
A. The master bedroom contains a double bed and there are a further four single beds upstairs.
